Invoice links with an explicit expiry

Payment links can now expire in the API the same way they expire in the dashboard.
Invoice objects gained a closed reason so settlement reports stop inventing one.

Morning digest and reopen reasons

Night-shift closes now emit a morning digest for finance and leads.
Reopened exceptions require a reason that survives the next audit.
TMS adapter retries are visible in the same queue as human exceptions.

Approved extras can become an invoice

Change orders in an approved state can emit a draft invoice without a finance rewrite.
