Every hosted plan includes a free trial (the length is shown on the plan). You don't need a card to start. If you don't subscribe before it ends, your workspace becomes read-only for a short grace period and you can still export your data.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account. Upgrades apply straight away with a prorated charge; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, so you keep access until then.
Yearly plans are billed once a year at a discount compared with twelve monthly payments. You can switch interval at renewal.
